Learning about your home. I want to know as much about your home as you do. What are your home's special features that attracted you when you purchased? What improvements, upgrades, or recent investments have you made? We'll walk through your home together and develop a plan to show it to its full potential.
Knowing the competition. Your home will compete with other homes on the market. That's why it's important to know what else is available. In addition to showing properties to buyers, I routinely take advantage of open houses and agent tours to view properties for sale in the area. I'll gladly share my expertise with you.
Pricing it right. Pricing your home is where your motivation to sell and my understanding of market dynamics come together. Pricing your home above the market will only lead to your home not selling. Pricing it right is the most important step in getting a sold sign on your front lawn. Together we will look at the sold prices of similar homes in the area and the unique characteristics of your home to determine the best pricing strategy for you.
